Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Evistruct Limited is committed to making www.evistruct.co.uk and our client portal usable by as many people as possible, regardless of disability or assistive technology. This statement applies to the public website and the authenticated client portal.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is the standard referenced by UK government guidance and by the Equality Act 2010 in respect of reasonable adjustments for disabled users. Where we fall short, we treat it as a bug and prioritise a fix.

2. What we've done

  • Semantic HTML with a single main landmark per page and a logical heading order.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, menus and forms — including visible focus states.
  • Colour contrast for body text and UI controls meets or exceeds WCAG AA (4.5:1 / 3:1).
  • Icon-only buttons carry an aria-label; form fields are associated with labels.
  • Tap targets of at least 44 × 44 px on primary mobile controls.
  • Respect for users' system preferences (reduced motion, dark mode, browser zoom up to 200%).
  • Built on accessible component primitives (Radix UI) for dialogs, menus and popovers.

3. Known limitations

We are actively working to improve the following areas:

  • Some data charts on marketing pages currently lack a text-table fallback for screen readers.
  • A small number of legacy PDFs available for download may not be fully tagged for assistive technology. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
  • Third-party Stripe checkout pages follow Stripe's own accessibility practices; we do not control their markup.

4. Reporting an accessibility problem

If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format (large print, plain text, audio), please contact us. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and respond substantively within 10 business days.

Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the device, browser and assistive technology you were using, and a brief description of the issue. This helps us reproduce and fix it quickly.

5. Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in Great Britain. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the EHRC via the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). In Northern Ireland, you can contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.

6. How we test

We test the Site with a combination of automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse), manual keyboard-only walk-throughs and screen-reader spot checks (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS and NVDA on Windows). New pages are reviewed against our internal accessibility checklist before release.

7. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 13 August 2026 and reflects our current understanding of the Site. We review it at least annually, and after significant changes to the Site or its content.
